The DSBA People
Rachel Harrison
Rachel has worked in the beauty industry for nearly 20 years, combining her expertise in high-level beauty and business with a passion for education.
Alongside running her own salon, she develops and teaches courses in private and vocational education, delivering seminars and product demonstrations across the UK and internationally.
​
As an active High Street trader, Rachel served four years on Wychavon’s Town Advisory Panel, contributing to investment, accessibility, and town centre recovery. She also played a key role in the steering group for the Droitwich Spa Town Centre Investment Prospectus.
​
Rachel hopes to bring experience from working with Wychavon, councillors and local groups to the place board as well as helping guide projects for what is best for Droitwich Spa as a town.
John Hamilton
John, an entrepreneur for 40 years, restructured insurance business models in the '80s and '90s before serving as PA to the late Sir John Harvey-Jones. He later worked alongside a leading QC in the High Court, earning legal executive status.

For the past 25 years, he has led a research-driven manufacturing company pioneering plant-based dermatology solutions, now expanding into pharmaceuticals and global distribution. He collaborates with universities on life cell research and anti-senescence products.
​
John is also the joint chairman of the Droitwich Spa Business Association, advocating for the local business community.
